Hello there!
I thought I’d share one more post before I go on vacation! (Although I might surprise you with another post before I come back…we’ll see!)
I am really into this lovey-dovey, Valentine’s Day, cutesy, etc. theme in regards to making art! It can be such a cliche, but there’s something to be said about cliches. They are overused because they resonate with people. They’re relatable.
I, of course, love vintage 1950s type photos and fashion, and this seems to fit right in with that. My Pinterest board for art inspiration is filled with vintage photographs and picturesque images. Those times seemed simpler. And I like simple.
Also, just fyi, we got about SIX inches of snow last night! I love it. My sister and I built a snowman (actually snow-grandma) and it was so much fun 🙂 Haven’t done that in years!
